On October 9th, 1845, Blessed John Henry Newman was received into the Roman Catholic Church, an act which rocked the anti-Catholic society of his day but paved the way for the conversion of many souls to Christ's Church. Today, Newman is on the verge of canonization and the Church is seeing many from the Anglican tradition return to the fullness of the Catholic faith.
Come celebrate the feast of this holy man of God with Mass according to the Ordinariate Use of the Roman Rite, using the Divine Worship Missal. Experience the reverence and beauty of our English language liturgy, which Pope Benedict XVI called "a treasure to be shared" with the whole Church!
Reception to follow in Siena Hall.
